Heather Ross holds the Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License in Massachusetts and is an advanced candidate for the MAI and SRA designations with the Appraisal Institute, the oldest and most prestigious professional appraiser organization in the US.  Earned a Masters of Social Work from Boston University, Boston, MA, in clinical social work, a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Dameon College, Buffalo, NY, and an associates degree in Arts and Sciences from Emerson College, Sussex, England.  Diverse commercial and residential appraisal background. Areas of specialization include: work for municipal, state agencies, and federal government; land takings; contaminated properties; comprehensive mix of commercial use real estate; high-end or complex residential estate and waterfront properties.   Extensive experience in appraisals prepared for litigation and expert witness testimony.

Camilla Casey is a certified graduate of the Katharine Gibbs School in Boston, the premier professional school in the US.  Currently manages a staff of 17 at Cape Cod & Islands Appraisal Group, LLP, and oversees subcontractor assignments, ordering, clerical operations, and production.  Background includes over 22 years in appraisal office management.

Nicholas Bono holds the Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and has been working as a real estate appraiser since 2003.  He holds the SRA (residential) designation with the Appraisal Institute, the oldest and most prestigious professional appraiser organization in the US, and is the youngest SRA-designated member on Cape Cod.  Earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Anthropology from Plymouth State College, Plymouth, NH, in 2001.  Senior residential staff appraiser specializing in Barnstable County.  Prior experience in sales and construction.

Audrey Soderberg holds the Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and has been working as a full-time real estate appraiser since 2003.  She holds the RA (residential) designation with the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston University, Boston, MA, in 1978.  Senior residential staff  appraiser specializing in the Upper Cape and Plymouth County markets.  Extensive real estate sales and management background. Jacob Ross holds the Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and has been working as a real estate appraiser since 1998.  Earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, and a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology from Castleton State College in Castleton, VT. Specializes in residential real estate appraisal in Barnstable and Plymouth Counties. 

Anne Haggerty earned the Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH and was admitted to the bar in New Hampshire in 1997 and Massachusetts in 1998.  Owner of the Law Offices of Anne E. Haggerty, West Chatham, MA, a general practice law firm.  Anne has been appraising real estate since 1999, and holds the Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License.  Specializes in Chatham, the Outer Cape, the Cape Cod National Seashore, and litigation preparation.  Also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA.  Former track and field coach, and was a lifeguard at the Cape Cod National Seashore for 19 years.

Jay Hornberger holds the Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and has been working full time in the real estate appraisal profession since January of 1999.  Specializes in waterfront residential homes and estates on Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard,  and has appraised over 350 properties valued over $1,000,000.  Former Regional Appraisal Manager for a major national lender, which entailed reviewing and analyzing over 9000 appraisals for compliance purposes.  Earned an Associates Degree in Real Estate Technology from Columbus State Community College, Columbus, OH in 1993.  Extensive prior real estate experience as a Realtor for Coldwell Banker on Cape Cod.

Jodi Langford holds the Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and has been working as a full-time real estate appraiser since 2003.  Specializes in waterfront residential homes and estates on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard, and also for litigation preparation. Extensive real estate sales and management background on Cape Cod and in Florida.    Owner of Capeway Appraisal Service in Sandwich, a full-service residential appraisal firm.

Daniel J. Scholl holds the General Certified Real Estate Appraiser License in Massachusetts and an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University, Boston (1970), and Associates Diploma from Bryant and Stratton School of Business, Boston, MA.  Owner of Daniel J. Scholl, Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants since 1985, he has been in the real estate profession - selling, financing, and appraising property - since 1976.  Owner of Investment Capital Corporation of Orleans.  Affiliated with Cape Cod & Islands Appraisal Group, LLP since 1986.  Chairman of the Eastham Board of Assessors 1991-1997.  Exemplary Employer Award from the Governor's Commission of Employment with People with Disabilities, 1997.

Heather Noyes is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Massachusetts, and has been in the appraisal and real estate industry full time since 1991. Earned a Bachelors Degree in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, and has completed over 20 specialized real estate appraisal courses including five courses with the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers. Also holds the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson license.  Diverse appraisal experience including all types of residential real estate, single use commercial property, and mass appraisal.

Belinda Clarey is a part-time researcher and personal assistant to the partners of the firm.  She earned a Degree in Garden Design and Garden History from Morley College, London, England, and a Royal Horticulture Certificate in Gardening.  Currently working as a data collector and field appraiser for the Town of Eastham assessing department, has successfully completed numerous MAAO courses. Prior office management experience with mortgage purchasing, review, and pre-underwriting for over five years.  Owner Exteriors Garden Design, Brewster, MA, since 1987.

Ethan Scholl is a full-time student at Nauset Regional High School in Eastham, and is working as a paid intern for 2008.  Duties include assisting the partners of the firm with records archiving, data search and document production.  Ethan plans to enter college when finished with high school, and hopes to study film.
