Cape Cod & Islands Appraisal Group, LLP, is a full service real estate appraisal firm on Cape Cod and the Islands. Our main office is located in Barnstable, Massachusetts with a satellite office in Plymouth. The business was established in 1983 and currently has a staff of 8.
On the basis of our level of proficiency and experience, the partners and staff are qualified to perform appraisal services for individuals and for every federal, state, and local entity for any purpose. Our SERVICE AREA includes: Barnstable County (Cape Cod); Nantucket County; Dukes County (Martha’s Vineyard); Plymouth County.

- Four full-time staff appraisers hold either the Certified General or Certified Residential licenses
- Proud to be training one apprentice appraiser
- Designations with the Appraisal Institute and/or Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers
- Four full-time appraisers are FHA Certified to prepare appraisals for FHA and Reverse Mortgages
- Three appraisers have completed the Employee Relocation Training Program
